Have you barked at your colleagues recently? Had work-related nightmares? Felt pulled in so many directions that you're not entirely effective at work? If so, you need to join CMF for a luncheon with Alexander Caillet, an expert on stress management. Participants will:

  • Learn what stress is, how it occurs, and what it can do to your mind and body
  • Practice a four-step approach to stress management preceded by a live demonstration
  • Receive stress prevention tips and techniques

  • House Legislative Directors
  • House Committee Staff Directors

About the Presenter

Alexander Caillet is the co-founder and managing partner of Corentus, Inc., and is widely recognized as an expert on stress management. He has worked in the consulting and coaching industries for more than 25 years with commercial, non-profit and government clients in over 30 countries. He received a BS in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the Teachers College of Columbia University. He has served for the past 14 years as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Certification Program.
