Have you been frustrated with the lack of new ideas in your congressional office? Are you trying to ignite creativity, but unsure how to do so?

Come participate in this program from one of the leading thinkers on innovation. You will discover new ways to make your desire for an innovative office a reality.

Some things you will learn is why:

  • You should work with people you don't like. Bringing the right mix of people together unleashes your team's full innovation potential.
  • Asking for ideas is a bad idea. Define challenges more clearly. If you ask better questions, you will get better answers.
  • You don't need to think outside the box; you need to build a better box. Instead of starting with a blank slate, add structure to increase creative output.

This program is open to:

  • House Legislative Directors
