Courageous Senior Staff:
The Art of Providing Guidance and Feedback to the Senator
Is your Senator less than perfect? Does he or she:
- Do things that pull the staff away from your identified goals?
- Make mistakes that invite negative publicity?
- Ask for detailed briefing materials that are not then utilized?
- Have a communication style that undermines morale?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join us for this important program, where you will receive expert guidance on how to have the tough and candid conversations with your boss that lead to a more effective workplace and incumbency. This program is based on the book, Courageous Followers: Standing Up To and For Our Leaders, by former CMF Executive Director Ira Chaleff.
"Courageous Followers is a godsend. Chaleff tackles business transformation with grace, and offers real-life solutions for even the most sticky situations."
