Upcoming Event: The Gatekeepers with Chris Whipple

CMF is delighted to welcome bestselling author Chris Whipple, whose latest book, “The Gatekeepers: How the White House Chiefs of Staff Define Every Presidency” offers a behind the scenes portrait of the Chiefs of Staff for the last nine Presidents. He will discuss the role of these powerful individuals and what senior Hill staff can learn from both their triumphs AND their missteps.

Each chief can make or break an administration, just as something about each president is revealed by their choice of chief. Through his extensive interviews with all 17 living chiefs (as well as two former presidents), Chris pulls back the curtain on this unique fraternity. This event promises to be a lively and entertaining conversation with one of this year's most buzzworthy authors.
