2007 Gold Mouse Report Coming January 14

WHAT: Highlights include:

  • Announcement of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Mouse Awards for 2007;
  • A percentage breakdown of House and Senate Web sites by grade (A through F);
  • Analysis of the grades by party, chamber, and office type (Member, committee and leadership offices);
  • Reviews, screen captures, and identified best practices of the top-ranked sites;
  • Guidance for congressional offices seeking to improve their virtual offices.

WHO: The report is the result of a joint research project conducted by the Congressional Management Foundation, Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, University of California-Riverside, and Ohio State University and was funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation.
