The Leadership Circle Profile is a true breakthrough among 360 degree assessments. It is the first to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying motivations and habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behavior.

Through this program you will identify and develop your office leaders.


Process

The consultant will work with the leader to identify up to twenty people who should complete their 360 assessment. The leader will be responsible for providing email addresses and soliciting participation from the assessors. Upon completion of the assessment, the consultant will debrief the results with the leader and develop an action plan that will address the areas of development for the leader. The consultant will debrief the assessment results, followed by six months of individualized coaching. After the initial sessions (roughly 4 hours) for intake and explaining the assessment results, coaching will take place twice monthly over the remaining five months. Additional sessions can be purchased after the six months engagement.
